Scope

This Policy covers all instant digital content, including:

• Natal Chart
• Horoscope
• Love Compatibility
• Tarot
• Magic 8-Ball

These are collectively “Digital Prediction Services”.

Digital Prediction Services

Because these services are:

• generated automatically,
• personalised using your inputs, and
• delivered instantly or within minutes,

they cannot be cancelled after the content generation begins.

You expressly acknowledge that by ordering, you:

• request immediate performance, and
• waive your right to cancel the purchase once the system starts generating your content.

This applies equally to the Natal Chart Service.

Incorrect Birth Data (Natal Chart)

If the Natal Chart requires birth details and:

• you entered incorrect information, and
• you notify us before generation starts,

we may update the data.

If generation already started:

The order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellation by Astrofy

We may cancel an order only if:

• we cannot generate the content due to a technical issue, or
• the service is unavailable

In such cases, we may issue a refund or credit.

Cooling-Off Rights

Instant digital content delivered upon your request is exempt from the normal 14-day cancellation rules.

By ordering, you explicitly waive those rights.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email info@astrofy.io immediately with:

• Name
• Order email
• Order ID
• Reason

If generation has not begun, we may be able to cancel the order.
