This Agreement explains how confidential information is handled in connection with astrofy.io. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

"Astrofy" refers to ML SYSTEMS LTD.

"You" refers to any user.

Confidential Information Includes

• Name, contact details
• Birth details (date, time, place)
• Data provided for generating your Natal Chart
• All personalised predictions and outputs (including Natal Chart, Tarot reading, Love Compatibility analysis, Horoscope, Magic 8-Ball)
• Any account-related information

Confidential Information excludes publicly available or lawfully obtained information.

Our Obligations

We will:

• Maintain confidentiality
• Use account and payment information only for operating and improving Astrofy services. Personalised predictions and outputs (Natal Chart, Tarot reading, Love Compatibility analysis, Horoscope, Magic 8-Ball) are excluded from this use — see "Predictions & Outputs" below
• Limit access to necessary personnel and technical providers
• Apply appropriate security measures
• Handle personal data per GDPR and our Privacy Policy

Predictions & Outputs

Personalised predictions and outputs generated through Astrofy (Natal Chart, Tarot reading, Love Compatibility analysis, Horoscope, Magic 8-Ball) are provided directly to you. We do not collect, store for internal use, review, or make this content visible to Astrofy staff, including through our administrative systems. We do not use this content for analytics, service improvement, model training, or any purpose other than delivering it to your account. Where past outputs are made available to you, this is solely for your own access and is not used by us for any other purpose.

Permitted Disclosures

We may disclose confidential information:

• To necessary service providers (hosting, AI, infrastructure). Where third-party AI or infrastructure providers process prediction content in order to generate outputs, this processing is transient and governed by those providers' own data handling terms; Astrofy does not retain or access this content after it is generated
• When required by law or regulatory authorities
• To prevent fraud, misuse, or security threats
• When anonymised or aggregated (non-identifiable)

Your Obligations

You agree to:

• Keep your login details secure
• Not publish or redistribute non-public Astrofy content
• Respect the confidentiality of all personalised outputs

Relationship to Privacy Policy

If any conflict arises regarding personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails.

Duration

Confidentiality obligations survive:

• during account use, and
• for a reasonable period after account closure.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for disclosures resulting from:

• breaches outside our control
• user negligence
