This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds apply to purchases made on astrofy.io. This website is owned and operated by ML SYSTEMS LTD, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ (“Astrofy”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to all digital services purchased on astrofy.io, including:

  • Natal Chart Service
  • Horoscope
  • Love Compatibility
  • Tarot
  • Magic 8-Ball
  • Any other instant digital astrological content we introduce

All these services are classified as Digital Prediction Services.

Digital Prediction Services

All services listed above are delivered instantly or within a short automated processing time. They are classified as digital content under UK/EU consumer law.

No Refunds After Delivery

Once the digital content is:

  • generated,
  • displayed,
  • downloadable, or
  • sent to you,

the service is considered fully delivered and consumed.

Therefore:
No refunds are provided for any successfully delivered Digital Prediction Service, including the Natal Chart.

By purchasing, you:

  • request immediate performance, and
  • acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to cancel once the digital content generation begins.

When Refunds May Be Considered

A refund (or internal credit) may be issued only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • A technical failure on our side preventing delivery
  • Duplicate payment or accidental multiple orders
  • Unauthorised transaction proven by you
  • The system fails to generate the content and we cannot resolve it

Refunds are granted at Astrofy’s sole discretion, except where required by law.

Legal Framework (UK/EU)

Under the Consumer Rights Act (UK) and EU Digital Content Directive:

  • Instant digital content is non-refundable after delivery
  • Personalised digital content (such as Natal Chart) may be non-refundable immediately when processing begins

Nothing in this Policy affects your non-waivable consumer rights.

  • Order email
  • Order details
  • Description and reason

We respond within a reasonable time.

Chargebacks

Unnecessary chargebacks without contacting us may:

  • Suspend your Astrofy access
  • Be disputed with provided evidence
